The Trunk Edge And Bumper Protector (TEABP) attaches to the floor of a trunk or cargo area using velcro strips. If a Trunk Tray or Cargo Tray is installed and covers the carpeting, A) the TEABP will not be able to stick to the floor as it should or B) you will have to install the TEABP underneath the Trunk/Cargo Tray and lift the Trunk/Cargo tray out of the way each time you use it.
No installation instructions are available for this product.
• Lay the REAR BUMPER & TRUNK EDGE PROTECTOR flat on your trunk floor with the velcro fastening. When not in use, the protector remains firmly in place.
• When required, simply pull the protector up and out into position so that it hangs over the trunk/cargo area opening and covers the painted surfaces of the bumper. The rubber backing will grip the surface, thus resisting movement while items are being dragged across it.
*IMPORTANT*
Do not place REAR BUMPER & TRUNK EDGE PROTECTOR over the vehicle Child Restraint Anchor Points.
