• Held in place by quick clips that connect with the factory installed cargo loops in the floor of your ELEMENTs cargo area.
• Folds flat when not in use.
• Accessories installed at the point of delivery by your dealer are considered "factory equipment" and are covered by the vehicle warranty for 3 years or 60K.
• Accessories installed at any point after the initial vehicle delivery are only warrantied 1 year or 20K, whichever comes first.
